EES Consulting was contracted by Inland Power & Light (Inland) to complete an integrated resource plan consistent with Washington State legislation (Energy Independence Act, Chapter 19.280 RCW).  Specifically, EES Consulting reviewed Inland’s recent conservation programs and achievements, and compared that with the pre-set conservation targets provided by the NWPCC (Northwest Power and Conservation Council).  Despite the lack of specific data for Inland’s service territory, EES Consulting was able to provide a preliminary estimate of conservation potential along with considerations specific to Inland’s service territory.
