Recently, EES Consulting completed an update to Kootenai Electric Cooperative’s (KEC’s) resource plan.  As part of the resource plan, EES Consulting looked briefly at KEC’s conservation potential and developed supply curves and data for the updated resource plan.  As part of the analysis, EES Consulting also calculated KEC’s HWM and analyzed conservation potential scenarios given different achievability rates.
