We keep current on all status reviews, listings, and recovery plans for species proposed or listed through the Endangered Species Act (ESA). EES Consulting staff has authored Biological Assessments (BA) and Biological Evaluations (BE) that have been accepted and adopted by the federal government under the auspices of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
